I had also read up on reddit and the forums, where it was clearly indicated that this was the way to go and that the support would be happy to help me. So I did what any player would do, which is to contact the support. not being able to pay with anything else than DMM, and also not being able to access the gaijin marketplace. Except that I didn't know that linking my account with DMM was so restrictive, i.e. Being temporarily in Japan, I had to link my Gaijin account with DMM to finally be able to buy the T-55 AM-1 pack, which was on sale last week. I say English support because the Japanese support is very helpful. To get to the point, I had a SCANDALOUS experience with the English Gaijin support. I feel compelled to share this experience because I am currently very shocked.
